When faults occur, our HV control room conducts 24-hour surveillance operations to identify system outages. Our control engineers act as the initial responders, identifying system faults and, where practicable, restoring systems to operation quickly through network reconfiguration, in line with grid code and best practices.

Additionally, when an immediate on-site response is required, we have dedicated, experienced SAPs on standby, ready to be dispatched to the field to coordinate repairs safely and efficiently.
